The McKinney Community Health Center was founded in 1995 with the vision of creating a medical practice that treats every patient with dignity and first-rate care. The nurses and office staff at MCHC are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly. We understand that for many, visiting a doctor can be a stressful experience. Sara I. Guzman M.D.

Medical Director, Pediatrics


Dr. Guzman is a 1995 medical graduate of the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Prior to completing her Pediatric Residency training at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in New York, she worked in private practice in the Dominican Republic, Miami, and New York. Dr. Guzman joined the staff of McKinney Community Health Center in May 2005 and sees patients in our Waycross office.


A native of the Dominican Republic and second generation physician, Dr. Guzman speaks fluent English and Spanish as well as basic French. She enjoys photography, contemporary music, tennis and water sports, and is pleased to be in a tropical climate close to the beaches.


John C. House M.D.

Family Practice


Dr. House is a graduate of North Georgia College and Medical College of Georgia. He received further training at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, GA, and has practiced Family Medicine for 40 years.


He served for four years in the U.S. Army including a tour in Vietnam. Dr. House is also the author of several short stories and has recently published his first novel, "So Shall You Reap" (available from Amazon and Barnes & Noble).

Robert Tucker PA-C
Physician Assistant

Robert Tucker is Physician Assistant Certified. A native of Clearwater, Florida, he attended Medical College of Georgia where he received a BS Physician Assistant in 1995 and Pembroke State University where he received a BS in Biology in 1993. His earlier studies were at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Tifton, Georgia where he earned an Associate in Science 1984.

He has worked as a Physician Assistant since 1995 with various organizations including: Lanier Health Services, Lakeland, GA; Cordial Care LLC, Willacoochee, GA; Emergency Consultants for Satilla Regional Medical Center, Waycross, GA; Edcare, Inc., Fort Lauderdale, FL; and Emcare, Inc., Clearwater, FL.

His professional affiliations include the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants. He is married and a father of five. Robert Tucker joined McKinney Community Health Center in August 2007.


Jesse B. Eason PA-C
Physician Assistant

Jesse Eason received his B.S. in Exercise and Physiology at Valdosta State University and then went on to South University in Savannah to complete his Masters Physicians Assistant Studies. He began working at McKinney Community Health Center in June 2011. Prior to completing his education, Jesse served four years with the United States Marine Corps, being stationed in Okinawa, Japan, South Korea and San Diego California. He was part of the first ground forces that moved in from Kuwait to Iraq.

When away from the office, Jesse enjoys fishing, hunting, and working out. Both he and his wife, Rena, love the outdoors, hiking, camping, and the beach. They have one son, Hayden.
Robert J. Jamsky D.D.S.
General Dentistry

A native of
Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Robert Jamsky received a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Temple University in 1972 and received his BA from Penn State University in 1967. He is also a retiree of the United States Air Force. His Professional Military Education includes Air War College, Montgomery AFB, Al 1987, National Defense University 1979, Industrial College of the Armed Forces, DC, Air command and Staff College, 1977 and Forensic Odontology, Armed Force Institute 1980.

During his enlistment with the United States Air Force, he served as a Dental Officer. He traveled and worked in
Thailand, England, Spain, Indiana, Florida, Washington DC, Mississippi and Nebraska before retiring in 1993. He later continued his travels to various locations to include, Arkansas, Montana, New Mexico and Georgia as a Dental Surgeon.

Dr. Jamsky joined McKinney Community Health Center in 2010 and sees patients in our Alma and Waycross locations. Dr. Jamsky is accredited for producing various research publications, dating from 1977 to 1999.

Ayana C. Williams-Wood D.D.S.
General Dentistry

A Caribbean native, Dr. Ayana Williams-Wood (better known as Dr. Ayana), grew up on the beautiful island of Jamaica. She attended Howard University where she graduated Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree in Biology. She went on to attend Howard University College of Dentistry where she received her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery again with honors. She also completed a one-year postgraduate internship in general dentistry to expand her dental training.

Captured by the southern charm, Dr. Ayana moved from private practice in north Georgia to join the warmth of the McKinney Community Health Center Family and has been here since March 2011. Here, she continues to combine an exceptional education, clinical experience, and long-standing personal dedication to improving her patients' dental health...allowing her to bring outstanding functional health and beauty to their smiles.

Dr. Ayana is committed to the ongoing improvement of her dental skills and technical knowledge. She is adamant about completing multiple continuing education courses yearly and she is an active member of local and national professional organizations: American Dental Association, American Dental Education Association, Georgia Dental Association, and American Association of Women Dentists.

When she is away from her patients, Dr. Ayana enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two amazing kids. The entire family enjoys exploring new places and meeting new people.

Krupa Maramreddy M.D.

Cheryl L. Tyler M.S., A.P.R.N.
Nurse Practitioner, Women's Health

Cheryl Tyler received a BS in Nursing in 1979 from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY. During the first 30 years of her career, she was an active duty commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service, retiring as a Captain in 2009. During her career in the USPHS, she served on the Navajo Indian Reservation in Tuba City, AZ, later transferring to Phoenix Indian Medical Center.

Dr. Tyler later received her Masters of Science and certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from Arizona State University in 1992. Upon completion of her Master's Degree, she transferred to a community health center in Bradenton, FL, providing extensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients. In 2003, she transferred to McIntosh County, Georgia, which was then considered a medically underserved area.

She joined the staff of McKinney Community Health Center of Waycross, GA in 2006. Following her retirement from the USPHS in 2009, she opted to continue serving at MCHC as a 'civilian'. She currently rotates between the Nahunta, Folkston, and Waycross offices, continuing to specialize in women's health from teens to menopause, bio-identical hormone therapy, gynecologic care and family planning.
